Default bleeding 94 camaro z28 brakes

Hello, Everyone, I am wondering how do i bleed my 94 camaro z28 brakes, I know it has an ABS system which is why i am concerned about how to bleed it. I am 100% sure their is air in the lines, as the brake peddle is very soft/squishy. Also should be noted i have Disc brakes all around. Thanks maro family!

Do the one-man method of bleeding brakes, and start bleeding at the passenger side rear, then driver side rear, then passenger front, then driver front. In that order.

The thing I don't like about that ^ method, is you're sucking fluid in and out of the bottle. So you're getting rid of the air, but not all the old fluid. Gravity feeding is one way, let the fluid flow till it comes out clean. A better one man pedal pump way, is to replace the stock bleeders with speed bleeders.

Eh, if you're just generous with your brake fluid (I went through two big bottles for all four brakes, did new calipers) and you don't mosy your way over to each wheel, you can clench the stock bleeder valves off before any old fluid makes it's way slowly back into the caliper and lines. I'm not saying you need to do like, sprint shuffles to get there, but just move at a normal pace (not relaxed, drinking beer, basically) and you'll get zero old fluid up in the hose and lines.

Doing all four of mine took me... what... 15 minutes? That was while I was talking on the phone with two friends, and flicking through my tunes in between each caliper.

Try bleeding just the calipers like normal (RR, LR, RF, LF). The book calls for a specific order if you want to include the ABS block but I don't remember off hand
