Default Anti theft system

So the theft system on my 97 camaro RS is acting weird as hell.... When you hit the clicker more than once the theft system goes crazy, it won't let you roll down the windows and the radio turns on and off random as you drive it down the road. If you bang on the lower part of the radio on the passenger side the radio will come back on and you can roll the windows down again...?????? What is causing this to happen? The guy we bought it from had the driver side window motor replaced, so could they have possibly wired something wrong or some wire not be connected well?

Also I plan on getting a more advanced radio/stero system and was wondering if this theft thing would keep me from putting a diffrent one in.

Probably a bad connection with the BCM. After market security or factory theft deterrent?

Its the stock one that came with the car, the only thing that has been changed is the window motor on the driver side.

Try checking the wiring & connections to BCM module. The module controls power to radio, windows, remote, etc...
