I feel like its that damn connected in the left rear wheel well that connects the lines

yes it could be in the theft deterrent module or the bcm. look here http://shbox.com/1/pass_key.jpg i see a dark blue wire coming from the tdm to the bcm if its getting power in that wire its would lead to the bcm http://shbox.com/1/pass_key.jpg where a dark blue wire come from there to the pcm (main computer) where it comes out to the fuel pump relay with dark green and white wire and a black and white wire from the fuel pump relay the grey wire goes to the fuel pump. check to see if the grey wire from the relay has power when you first turn the key on.

Went to relay and Poked the grey wire and got 12.7 v and no pressure !

 

That grey wire meets up with the sending unit wire where?
