When I bought the car it had the K&N air unit that sits on top the air intake area and all the original air intake parts were removed. If I buy the whole SLP intake kit are there OEM parts to go with the SLP that I still need ?

 

I don't think so but I don't know what's in the kit,mine already had the SLP,here's a pic of mine,not a lot to it.

 

pretty sure your going to need the stock base that holds the radiator in place. it looks like you have an aftermarket one. I had to find one for my 2000 with 3.8, it was completely missing and radiator was held in with some funky stuff.
