ABS at low speed braking
1995 Z28
When coming to a normal stop, just before completely stopped , the ABS will activate real fast and low trac light comes on. The light goes back out once the car is stopped.
Brake lines are good condition
Brake fluid is fresh and system has been bled
Good tires
Excellent pads and rotors
Shocks and struts are new

Sounds like you checked everything but the electrical connections. Might be a loose ground, corrosion in the electrical connectors or the speed sensors in the hubs. Might be time to break out that ohm meter.
