Default 98 RS ls2 4l65e swapped

So I have a 75% complete ls2 swapped RS camaro from a donor 06 gto with 4l65e. I bought as a project. I have some questions about the wiring. I've got a 98 ls1 auto harness. My main questions are about the inside wiring. Will all my window motors and power locks still work and am I able to swap to the z28 gauges. This should get some sort of answers going.

By 75% I assume you mean it is hard mounted? Just a FYI GM did not make a RS in 1998.
