if so is there anysite or anything to tell me what i need to change out as well as the engine?

 

I'm thinking that might be a bigger pain thanmost would deemworth it. Not sure if the bellhousings are the same. Depending on what year andtype of tranny you have, you might need a different one.You'd need new engine, PCM, radiator fans would be nice as well (3.4 has one, whereas 3.8 has two). The biggest pain of it all is needing a new engine harness, as you're pretty much going from OBD I to OBD II (more/different sensors). And I'm sure you'd like a nice new gauge cluster to top it all off.
