Driven it in the pouring rain yet? Idk about ur motor, i guess, but with my 3800 watter would go all over the coil packs if i did that to my hood. Looks really good though...and ive always hated that our scoops are fake...

Some water would have to get in there, that goes without saying. It would be a lot worse if the incoming air/water had a free flowing route to continue moving, like through fender vents, etc.
