My 99 camaro has the 6 speaker monsoon audio system. I think it's the 250 watt system. I have noticed that the woofer in the rear on the passenger side is not working. I pulled the speaker out to make sure it was hooked up and the connections are fine. What could be causing this speaker to not work ? How can I fix it ?

 

Check the connection on the back of the head unit itself. I'm not familiar with stock Monsoon stereo systems but I would assume there is an amp somewhere between your stereo and your sub. I may be wrong if it's a small system. But it's worth seeing if you can find the little devil to make sure it's still hooked up. There aren't many places that factory could have hid it. Let us know what you find, or don't find.
