Default 4L60e 95 Camaro Trans cooler install

Searched but not found much useful info regarding installing a trans cooler on my 95 Camaro with 4L60e.
What I have found is is stories of broken skin mostly !!
What my first question is would it be better to bypass the radiator and just use the new trans cooler ? I've not heard any tales of the strawberry milkshake events that some trans coolers in the main radiator can cause.
So any info and pictures of your installs would be much appreciated.

nope it is not recommended to bypass the stock trans cooler. the purpose of the aftermarket cooler is to add to the systems ability to cool the fluid when under high stress,
