Question 3.8 clutch replacement

I feel like my clutch is starting to go on my 2000 v6. I was wondering if anyone has any good videos or advice on taking the clutch apart because I have never done it before. Also any recommendations for the replacement? thanks

There is a lot of china made stuff out there and it goes under a lot of different names. These clutches have a very spotty quality history with many needing replace in less then 30 days. When I researched it the best value in 3800 clutches was the Centerforce dual friction clutch. You can use a remanufactures flywheel and get a decent release bearing, also be sure to replace the pilot bearing.

Check youtube. A clutch install is very much the same no mater what car you are doing but you should be able to find a 3800 replacement. The release bearing is the only thing odd. There are also manuals in the manuals sub folders.
