RinoPac is a pretty good stock replacement, they add a little extra width to the clutch disc for more surface contact. You could also get one of those fancy Kevlar clutches, We put one in a Cummins powered Dodge truck at work It grabs hard but holds, It's a lightswitch.

in a 3.8....I wouldn't bother with much more then stock. No offense, but without a bunch of power adders to throw gobbs of torque at the clutch, the stock unit is more then enough.

Now if you tell me you have a supercharged car with all sorts of power goodies...I'd go with a Centerforce or a Ram clutch with a new needle pilot bearing
