So I put the motor back to running condition and she runs great and sounds even greater.... Hold oil pressure minus a small leak on the valve cover(loose bolt), but it got to dark to verifiy that.... So in the AM I will get in there and stop the leak then take it for a drive..... May the car gods be with me and my motor!

You rebuilt the motor or you replaced the bearings? Because that is two very different things.

How did the bearing look? Where they washed out? If coolant got to them the babbit should be all but washed away with a rough feeling on the edges. The most noticible thing about a coolant contaiminated bearing is a smeared look it will have in areas.

I simply replaced the broken gaskets and went on re-assembling the motor, I did not take anything else apart. I know of nothing of the interior of the block or such things. I have been driving the car for about a week now and have 100miles on it, runs good, but sputters on take-off......

That's not "rebuilt" by any means. What you did was some refurbishing or reconditioning, one step beyond dressing it up.

ok so 665miles later the motor purrs, I have a lot of power and not many issues, a small lead on the driver valve cover and some serious camber issues, had to replace the pass. front tire twice now....lol... also had an issue with my spark plugs arching and grounding out had to replace it........ but I feel that she has plenty of life left.....

Well it seems my engine is having a fit, after replacing the wires it began a stutter where my power is intermitten. I'll be driving and the car get a Burts of acceleration and then bogs down. after it get warm and about thirty mins of driving it goes back to normal. could a spark plug fouling?

try flashing for codes for the heck of it. could be an injector, fuel pressure low or high, evap problems, egr problem,

No codes and the egr system is brand new, I'm not quite sure on how to check the evap system, I will be taking the top end of the motor off in the A.M. so I can check the injectors, but the fuel system from the tank to the rail seems to be functioning properly, Now My car barely starts and when it does it idles between 200rpm-1000rpm(jumping all over) and most of the time stalling out.... Any ideas?

make double sure the plug wires are going to the right plug. very easy to get them mixed.
