You could also do what we did and install a VATS bypass by Painless. Wire it right into the ECM.

I reset the vats and discovered that the starter is bad so I gotta save up for that part. Thank you for the response

That system only shows working 1990-1992? are you sure it will work with a 2000? That is a huge jump in tech from the old ECM to a PCM CAN network.

my guess would be that it can but would probably need software updates. I did the YouTube steps and worked out for me
