Default 2000 Camaro V6 Engine Ticking?

I have a 2000 V6 3800 Camaro that just started ticking the other day. When I start it up, it sounds like it doesn't want to start but it does, although the car starts shaking a bit and it makes a really loud ticking sound. It has no power while it's ticking, it seems. After driving for about 5-10 minutes, the loudness of the tick goes away although you can still hear it a little but. My oil pressure is usually at the halfway mark and since it has been ticking, it's been between the 1/4 and 1/2 mark and when the car is stopped, it's at about the 1/4 mark. The car is full with oil and had an oil change about 2-3 weeks ago.

Car troubles are depressing, lol.
Does anyone know what this could possibly be?

what kind of oil filter? did you change kind/wt of oil? could it be a spark noise? could wait till it get dark and park in the darkest place you can find. open hood, start engine, look under hood for any spark.

I'll second the ticking being caused by spark arching to ground. This will also account for loss of power, and engine shake due to misfire. The misfire can also make the engine idle slower than normal and cause low oil pressure. Or if you have been driving the car a long time with this condition, raw fuel could have washed down the misfiring cylinder and dilute the oil, which could also cause low oil pressure.

I agree that mis-fire may be the cause of the noise. There are many things that might cause a mis-fire. Spark testers are cheep and can save a lot of money by letting you know if the problem is before the spark plug or the spark plug itself.
