I started this thread for info and I can't be the only one to do this kind of swap. The peole on here that ran there mouth got what they where lookin for so don't come at me like I started any fights! I have had 7 people look at everything posted on here and even they can see from the first post by CNC the bashing. If you can't see then that is a problem you have. I don't have to take bashing from anyone and your damn right I WILL RESPOND!!! Lock the thread or kick me out of here and you still will have the problem cause it sure the hell was not me.

You posted on a chevy forum you where putting a ford engine in a Camaro. I would not call what CNC typed bashing. It was just a little dig based on ford vs chevy. Your reply to that directly insulted 30% of the people's cars on this website.

Buliding a race car is easy. I have done several. Building a safe street car that will run 10 second in the 1/4 mile and driving it home from the track with the AC is on and cranking tunes and getting 27MPG is impressive. Once you have done all that with a 3500 lb car you can say my motor is as good at a LT1. That is why its tuff to find complete LT1's. They are being put into everything. They would still be the engine of choise but chevy came out with the LS1 now that it the one going it all the higher end builds.

 

and this is grown up talk. sorry but after this kind of talk your words hold no meaning with me. you are obviously someone who needs to be the center of attention or your not happy. so either do it or dont, just dont cry around cause no one will listen. its a waste of our time and your energy. like i said considering the nature of the thread the guys have been nice to you. take the info you have gained here and use it or not its up to you.

 

if you are truly looking for help, then i doubt you will find it here. honestly in all my time at car shows and on the internet, i have never found someone who stuffed a ford engine into a camaro.

i found a eleanor replica that had a chev engine put in, which i found amusing.

As you can see, there are professionals here, many who have alot of years experience with thier cars and in life. You would have to be really stupid to think that question wouldnt get some flaming here. Just in case you dont know, only a real man would laugh it off and continue, knowing that he would gain respect from everyone here by doing so. seriously, if you want to do this project, accept that no one on here has done the swap, and go for it. i would read the thread if you were to do it on your own.
