the only loser here is you with the way you are acting.

you honestly sound like a twelve year old boy in a school yard. all your comments about your toy being coolest and your fascination with kicking or beating sacks points to a boy in the early stages of adolescence.

out of curiosity, as a kid myself apparently, along with most other people here, how old are you?

i guess what confuses me is that you claim to know so much about cars, which would indicate an adult, but your posting style indicates someone much younger. please help,

here you go.

here is what you need

all these other nasty forum members don't understand that the purpose is to flip off chevy owners by having a ford under the hood. Well, the first may not be a Camaro, but it is a Chevy and with that honkin engine that you have, this bad boy should run 9.50's all day long. With spray you'll be in the 8's

please come back and let us know when you are done. Since I own both a Stang and a Camaro, I don't know if my sack needs to be kicked

or maybe this. That honkin Ford should fit nicely and tear up the track

or maybe you could really spray that honkin ford and hit the mid 7's or lower with this bad boy.

well there you go. I don't want to read that nobody showed you how to stuff that big honkin Ford into a Chevy.

Of course, you could send what you have out for fabrication but it's cheaper to buy one that is already done and the seller is motivated.

good luck

so you've built a full out race car...and think you're the greatest because you can beat my street car? congrats bro. but if you can honestly sit there and call 430rwhp "junk", then i think you need to move on to a different website.

also, you may want to look at the tags under my name. consider this a warning, anymore name calling and i will start handing out infractions.

rest of the guys in here, unless you have something to add to help out here, please no more posting. thank you torque for posting something helpful

I think your engine is junk!!! but, if you are willing to remove it, and sell it to me, I could change my opinion.

and under your name it says you have no cars in your garage.

Not that I have anything against big block Fords (I have one in my hot boat) or Fords in general being as we have both a Mustang and Camaro here too but that car had a Big Block Chevy from what I can see.

ps...this swap is going to cost a boat load of money and take a even more work. i'd be shocked if this project ever gets finished
here read the post where you said "would I like to find out?" The offer stands for you to come here so I can find out MR. SUPER MOD.
For anyone else I am on streetfire under the same name FASFZR1 so go on there and see the cars I own. I don't like CHEVY or FORD over the other but I HATE DODGE!!!! I am doing this as a custom built STREET CAR. I like the fouth gen. body and I do have a Buick L67 car that's not a stock series II. So go on streetfire and see what I own and it's more GM.

i didn't ask you to race, i asked if you would like to find out if my LT engine is "junk". antagonizing a moderator is probably not in your best interest.

again, this build will cost you a lot of money, time, and probably headaches. if you think its worth it then go for it. it would be pretty cool to see, but you have to understand how many people come on here with project ideas(not quite like this one with the whole ford transplant) and barely any of them ever get finished. so you do have to understand where our skepticism comes in to play. if you'd have stated from the beginning that you know this project is pretty crazy and rather difficult and are prepared to handle that, i think you'd have had a better response.

the point you're at with the project is to get out a tape measure and see just how much cutting you would have to do. who knows, maybe that engine would literally be sitting in your lap by the end of the project. there's not going to be much for information out there on this build because you're trying to put a motor that, i'm assuming, no one else has tried to put under the hood of a 4th gen camaro. you will be blazing your own trail.

good luck with the project and keep us up to date with pictures on the progress

Friday Oct. 1st 2010 is the day i will be pulling it in to my machine shop and gut the car. I plan to be finished by Sunday Feb. 6th 2011 and has been planned since May of this year. I know a ford in a chevy sounds bad to some but think of all the classic's at car shows that we all love to see and alot of the classic fords have chevy engines but there still nice cars. In my short 34 years I have never been to a car show and seen anyone so stupid as to walk up to any car and disrespect it cause the engine does not belong in it. So when people on here disrespect me or my cars when there hiding behind a computer screen it's BS and I will call them out EVERY SINGLE TIME PERIOD!!! Talks cheap

WHAMMER

please close this thread before it gets out of hand

I don't believe I've ever heard a 34 year old "speak" like that

I'm sorry, but this thread just absolutely smells of major league BS

I gave him some links of an "easy" easy way to reach his goal

this thread can only now end up in flames
