Default 1995 LT1 fresh build won't stay running.

Every sensor and plug and everything is brand new.
It starts and runs for a couple seconds then dies. I do not have the oxygen sensors hooked up and I haven't replaced the fuel pressure regulator or the knock sensor. Could it be any of those? Amy suggestions. Like I said its a fresh build and it's not wanting to stay running and all sensors besides stated are new.
Also, it will not take throttle and if you try to give it throttle it dies and backfires.

get them 02 sensors hooked up. test the fuel pressure, check to see if security light is on or blinking. scan it for trouble codes if you can.

I plan on hooking the sensors up tomorrow, I had to retire retire because of previous owners doings. As for the security light it is not blinking or on I believe. As for fuel pressure I've got to pick up a gauge to test it. But would the oxygen sensors cause it to not run at all? I understand it will run too rich if they're not hooked up but not running at all?

yeah it doesn't want to stay running at all. It will idle for a couple seconds and backfire if you give it gas then die. I'm going to check the fuel pressure regulator today and check the fuel pump.

everything is brand new. Not even a month old. Plugs are correct and yes the opti is in properly.
