i have a 94' z28 and i read on forums that if you have the 115 speedo you have a speed limiter at 108mph. I have the 115 speedo. does my car have this speed limiter? i dont have my liceance yet, only permit, so i havnt opened it up to 108 yet. If my car does have the speed limiter, how do i get rid of it??

 

i wouldnt recomend driving that fast as a new driver (although i did, and everyone else too prolly)
