02 Z28 Fuel pump keeps failing

Aloha,
Changed fuel pump again for the third time. One of the spliced wire connections looked to have shorted. Replace and re-did all connections again. So far so good. Pump working like a champ. Pressure up again at 55 lbs consistantly. Thank you to all for your insight and advice. Have a great day.
