The 350 or a stroked 350/383 is a great choice.
They are the same physical dimensions on the outside as a 305 so will bolt right in and all accessories will hook right up in the factory positions.

Either carb or fuel injection depending on what year car you have,a 350 replaces a 305 either way.

As for crate engines that are turn key there are many sources, not sure about international shipping but here's a few for you.

Summit has a wide variety.

So does Jegs.

There are many more but you get the idea.

Here's a service that does custom crates for international shipping.

I'm pretty sure the 25th aniv ed had the tbi. You can't just swap a carbed motor in there mainly because of the fuel pump. If you changing from fuel injected to carbuerated you need to put in a different fuel pump. Fuel injected motors run at about 35-45 psi, where carb'ed motors only need 4-6 psi. But as for the motor, a 350 is putting out a lot more power, so you have to make sure your drive train can handle it. The 700r4 transmissions are decent from what I here, but you will probably need at least a shift kit and a higher stall converter. The gears... well, if they bust out, put new ones in lol. The 383, which is what I plan on putting in my 91 z28, will def. put out too much power for your drivetrain.
