I am looking at an 89 V8. It is in good shape. It has been my grandfather's for a few years, and he pampers cars like crazy. It has new tires, good engine, solid tranny that he said jerks hard in second, but not bad. I'm going to look at it Sunday. I think he said about 100k on it. What would be a good price for this, and should I get it?

 

id give him no more than $2500

and the jerking into second, mine does the same, and my tranny is brand new

 

if its a hardtop rs, i wouldnt do more than 1500 for it, t-toprs maybe 2 if its in great shape. if its a hardtop or t-top iroc 305- i would 2000, if its a 350 iroc pay whatever he wants[8D]

 

If its a 350 iroc and you dont buy it give me his #.
