Idk, I'm kind of fond of carbed engines.So unless I'm going to be making my money back pretty quick by switching over to FI then I think I'm just gonna keep the carb.

I have an 86 iroc that came stock with the 305 TPI it is nicer to have epically as an everyday driver. But I wouldn't recommend buying one, their not worth the money stick with the carb its alot cheaper. I'm doing an engine swap to a 454 in my car and switching to carb just because its alot cheaper

Cheaper as in, parts wise? I know the FI is cheaper on gas but I guess it would make sense that carb is a lot easier to fix seeing how there are fewer parts.

BTW. That 454 is gonna be a beast in that IROC. I can't wait to see pics/hear sound clips.
