I have an 1988 IROC 5.7L, car has 38k on it, 800 miles ago the car had wires, plugs, cap, ignition module, fuel injectors and IAC replaced, when the car warmed up hesitates and almost stalls when you accelerate hard from a dead stop, once the car gets going everything is fine, the EGR, fuel pressure MAF, TPS and vacuum have all been checked by the dealer and they say everything is working within specs, any suggestions?

 

have you checked the timing?

 

i was told timing was dead on

 

timing is also advancing properly

 

test the fuel pressure and change fuel filter? it may be that.

 

fuel filter was changed when the tuneup was done, fuel pressure in the rail is 43lbs at idle and when driving

 

any vacuum leaks?

 

the dealership said there are no vacuum leaks but they didn't smoke the lines, they hook up a gauge to see if the vacuum was in spec.

 

man idk what else to tell you. maybe try swapping out ur pcm with one of a friend.
