Default fluid leaks at front of engine

My 94 LT1 has a few fluid leaks that are dripping from the front. One of them is the oil leak from the front timing cover which I can see. The other is coolant leak that is dripping from I think one of the legs from the water pump, but I really can't see it because the drip is really minute. I looked at the vent hole at the bottom of the waterpump and it is dry so I'm assuming it's coming from the mounting leg between it and the block. My question if you guys can help are:

Can you replace the front timing cover seal from the front without pulling of the T/cover ?

Is it possible that the waterpump mounting leg going to the block to leak or is there any other hidden areas I can check?

thanks for any responses.

Mike

I don't know if the seals can be replaced with the timing cover in place, but you better take care of the water leak before it kills the optispark.

if your talking about the press in seals, then you better just take the T cover off
