So I checked the starter to see if it was meshing to far and it seems like it is fine. Looks the same as it does on my Camaro. I think I am going to try and get a replacement starter, and if that doesn't work I will be taking the starter off of mine and will try it. Will take a while for my starter as my car is at the shop being painted right now. I dont think it could be the battery, I have used 4 different ones now (all from vehicles my family owns and are using).
Thanks

You didn't by chance throw in some off the wall long shank spark plugs, where the pistons could be hitting them?

Pull them and see if any gaps magically closed.

So he brought the boxes for the plugs over and we called the store, they are some garbage generic brand but should still be fine. They are gapped to 35 and none of them are closed
While I was showing him how the engine wont crank he grabbed the torque converter and he spun it faster than the starter could, almost thought he was about to turn it over.
So now I am confused again. I was honestly hoping he got the wrong plugs.

So, it can be turned over by easily by hand, but not by the starter?
You must have:
A bad electrical connection, either positive or negative cable, or
A weak starter that can't handle the torque, or
Way too tight of a bendix gear to flexplate gear mesh.

Ive shown him this thread and he is left to go buy a new starter. The store refused to give a replacement. The wiring had to be fine, used quite a few different wires, all did that same. Camaro 69 you are my hero
Thank you for all the help!
