I have a 91' RS that has been sitting for about 5 yrs i've recently tried to get it running again however i can't hear the fuel pump turn on, and there's no fuel coming out of the lines, my question is i also have a blown ACC fuse that keeps blowing as soon as i try to put a new fuse in, can my fuel pump problem be because of my fuse prob. and how do i fix my fuse problem?

 

well if the fuse keeps blowing its a direct short....does the fues blow if the ignitions off?

 

yea any time the battery is connected the fuse will blow
