Default dipping rpms and voltage

alright this car is working perfectly except for this issue...ive tried everything i can think of so if anyone has an idea please help. its a TBI 92 rs camaro, was a 305 now its a 350. its completely stock 350 except for the headers and exhaust. for some reason the car when driving and idoling will have dipps in the RPM's and also in the voltage and eventually will stall the carwill stall out. i supected a loose ground somewhere but cant seem to find one. im getting a number of codes from the computer but if they were all really problems this car wouldnt be running. i have list of the codes but they arent with me ill post them and what they stand for shortly...im at the end of my rope here. please help. thanks in advance!

what rpm is it idling at? how many amps is the alternator? my old alternator used to only run at 13 volts once the car was running for a while, until the voltage regulator went bad. now it runs between 14-14.5 volts. whats your voltage reading?

check the ground on the back of the engine that bolts to the body if it is rusty clean it it. also check the TPS and the rotor in the distributer alot of times it might not make a good connection and that will make the car almost want to stall which you can not get good voltage if the car is not running right.

make sure the power and ground are tight on the battery too, that could also do it. it happened to my camaro when i added an amp wite the stud was too long.
