I'm Craig I'm new to the site. I own a 92 Camaro RS with a 305 5.0 TBI. I am looking at a 350 engine because I would really like to run a 350 TPI. I am wondering if this is worth it or not, how easy or hard it will be, and what I would require to make the swap. Anyone Experienced in this field?

 

Only worth it if you can get a COMPLETE TPI system (hardware, wiring & ECM) for the conversion (the 350 long block) is not the problem. Beware of buying TPI parts off e-bay or other sites unseen, reason they are in most cases chopped up or misc parts and not complete. In your case not a lot of 305 TBI parts are going to transfer over to the 350. I had the advantage of a compelte TPI system on my IROC when I made the swap to a 350.
