Hi there ,
Looking at doing some mods in the future , currently running a 1987 350 TPI in my 1986 auto Z28 (Factory auto 305), I would like to fit an aftermarket camshaft thats going to make it a little more perky and above all that nice lumpy Idle .
I would like some info on what make / profile cams I should be looking at and if anyone would like to share there stories.

Also where does one look on both motor and trans to identify exactly what I'm running as car is not all original.

thats no bigger than stock, and the lift is too much, you would need to change your springs. Its really duration that matters. Look for something like a 210/216 but no bigger than a 220 duration@.50
