700r4 transmission
I dont see why not v8 to v8 should but i think v6 and v8 wont bolt up but if your close to the east coast mainly like PA NJ DE i have a 700r4 that came out of a 91 v8 and has around 20k my buddy paid around 1500 and now its sitting in my garage i want nowhere near that much just trying to help
I'm not sure if the c/k series trucks 700r4s have the correct extension housing to mount the stock torque arm. If your donor trans doesn't have the mount then you'll either have to swap one from a 3rd gen or use an aftermarket torque arm and mounting kit.

it will bolt up to the engine, but i cant say about the rest. there are no torque arm provisions from the trucks, and they are typicly 4wd and have a different tail section to bolt up to a transfer case. if it was pulled from a 2wd, it might have a longer tail shaft. easiest way to do it to stick with one from an f-body
they will fit no prob, but as stated b4 u will have to change tail housing for the torque arm, also make sure the speedo drive still cable and not eletric. other than that itll fall right in. done it.
