I just bought a 1987 camaro with a 2.8 and its not getting any fire so I bought a new coil and plugged it up and it is still not firing. Does any one know the wiring diagram on this car or know some things I could try to fix it? Thanks Matt

 

Assuming your new coil is good then:
1) Turn ignition key toON & make sure there is 12 Volts at the + terminal of he coil (pink wire)
2) Check ignition module (remove & take to a shop)
3) Check pick up coil
4) Get a service manual
