I could get a 85 firebird for $1200 with a v 6 2.8l so i am wondering what kind of gas miles would that get and what is the value of the car i havent looked at it yet but i have seen pic on line and its in really nice shape but the motor and trany is not in the car but comes with it.

 

My 88 Camaro has a rebuilt 85 2.8. City is aprx 14 mpg. It's highway is alot better. IMO the 2.8 is just to small of an engine for the Camaro because mine is really a dog.
