Time to go on an Easter egg hunt!
Open the driver side door. Look at the end of your dash and you'll see a cover with a **** that you can turn. I'll give you 100 guesses what's hiding under that cover, but I bet you'll get it in one guess!

Nope, guess again. Hint....they are colorful and can break (mostly from the inside).

Ok found a rotten egg. just so happens its the Cig/assy one haaa.
So now this leads to another question. Is there something wrong that burns this fuse up or does it just happen from time to time and i should replace the fuse and forget about it?

Well, whattaya know?
Someone along the way could have plugged something into the socket, and maybe got the plug crooked and it shorted out? Or a foil gum wrapper got in there and shorted? Or someone used the cigarette lighter often (the lighter is a dead short coil). Or high humidity, an overloaded device, sticking your wet finger in the socket "just because". Could have been anything. After you replace the fuse, keep an eye on it.

Alright thanks for all the help. I went and got the check engine light read. Bad EGR valve, will that cause the misfire?

Yes it can, but the EGR valve itself may or may not be the problem. Before thinking about replacing the EGR valve, you can try removing and cleaning it. Yours could be carboned up and crusty to where the pintle seat isn't closing all the way. Also check your electrical connections and vacuum hoses to the EGR. And since the EGR valve recirculates exhaust gases, even having too much exhaust backpressure (a restricted cat converter) can cause EGR issues.
