long story short i slammed my rear left tire inot a curb, bent the rim and when i looked at the drum it was bent at an angle. the tire wobbles when i drive slow but i dont notice it when im going fast. is this dangerous? also what is the fastest or cheapest way to fix this??

 

Buy another drum.
But I will bet that its not your drum but a bent axle. The drum bolts flush top the axle and will not cause a wobble. If it was out a round there would just be a pulse in the brakes.

 

Wheel,tire, brake drum, axle shaft and misc. parts and a ton of labor costs. Nothing will be cheap or fast on that repair. On driving the car, not a good idea in my opinion.
