so see if you guys know this one. so the other day i got stuck in the snow so i was trying in reverse then it caught the grip and shook the car violently and then a plug wire came loose but no other problems. then the next day driving to school when i accelerated (Full Throttle) the overheating light will flicker it will be a light flicker with not a lot of throttle. but when i really give it a little somethin then it will go solid. even on the freeway in fith gear if i floor it then it will flicker. By the way its an 85 Camaro Berlinetta Sport Coupe v6 2.8 MPFI

 

Are you sure it si not the check engine light that is going on? What is the temp gage indicating?

 

oh sorry i forgot to mention the battery, oil pressure, and overheating gauges are not gauges they are just lights if it is a problem than they will light up i also dont have a tach its just a big fuel gauge
