My 91 rs w/3.1 V6 wont pass smog, after major tune up and emissio parts replaced, it still runs rich, and while test driveing the speedo worked and it ran very good (the a/c was on too) when I got to a stop and continued the speedo stopped working and the a/c blew HOT air only, and I could again smell fuel and it ran sluggish. Ater another stop and speeding up to 55 mph the speedo and a/c both started working again and car ran good for 5 miles and then started running bad again. Is there a switch or module hidden somewhere that needs to be rplaced and where is it located ?HELP PLEASE this is driveing e to drink (lol) THANKS, frazzled in vegas
