Default 1989 Camaro 2.8 v6

We have rebuilt the motor after the car has sat for around 8 years, it wouldn't fire so we put a new fuel pump in. We still couldn't get any gas to the bar so we changed the fuel regulator, and it still is not letting the gas past so it will crank. Have you got any ideas. Thanks Sandy

Is the gas pump primed and were it the last place you can find gas?
Have you replaced the fuel filter and fuel tank stainer? Try spraying carb cleaner in the intake to start.
