tranny wont shift

I need some help here. I just replaced the clutch on my 1991 RS and now it will only let me shift if the car is off. Obviously I did something wrong but what?? PLEASE HELP

When you try shifting it while the car is on...what does it do? The clutch could be mis-aligned...

Have you bleed the system? It sounds like the clutch is not disengaging. How does the pedel feel?
