Does the slave move when you depress the clutch??? Are you 100% sure you put the clutch in right???

Have you tried shifting gears with the engine running vs. not running? If you can shift it when the engine is not running then your clutch is not releasing. Possible problems include, hydraulic system not working properly, putting the clutch disc in facing the wrong way or the throw out bearing not engaged with the clutch fork.

As for bleeding the clutch, you can't "pump it up" like when you bleed brakes. You have to open the bleed valve, depress the clutch pedal fully, close the bleed valve when the clutch pedal is depress fully and then release the clutch pedal. Now repeat the process until you get the fluid from the bleed valve to run clear, no air bubbles, at least three consecutive times.

The clutch is in right. I bought a new slave and master cylinder. It is hard to get in any gear but I can force it in , And then it goes in every gear fine if I keep moving it to each gear. The clutch stops the tranny just cant figure out why it is hard when i first try.
