Is it getting snagged on a little bump on the seatbelt?

I thought they had a bolt that kept them on the liner.

there should be a little plastic bolt that groes through the seatbelt that keeps it from sliding down. Check the passenger side to see what its supposed to look like or vise versa depending on which seat you are having the problem with. If its sliding down over the plastic tab, you may have to replace the tab cause its been grinded out so much from the seatbelt. Shouldn't take but a couple dollars to fix the problem
