Hey guys got a 91 rs wiyh 350.tbi runs when cold but and fine when hot bit if I shut the car off it wont start has fuel and spark any answers

since the RS did not come with a 350 then an engine swap must have been perfomed and you aren't simply going by what you hope or what the prior owner claimed. i'm sure that you crawled under the car and got the casting numbers to verify the block is in fact a 350?

You could also use a mechanics mirror

it sounds almost like an ICM but who knows what you have if a swap was performed

 

Is the starter engauging?

Ya it crabks and runs but whe. It gets to temp and u shut it off it wont start again till its cold

 

A more detail question would be does the starter engage and crank over after the motor has reach operating temp
