Sorry if this is a repost guys, but I tried doing a "Search" on the subject of the weights of 3rd Gens, but came up empty.

I was 12 years old when I decided that I really had to have a Camaro, due to a very nice IROC that I saw at that young age. As a "tribute" to what kicked off my passion for the Camaro, I am kicking around the idea of purchasing a 1986 IROC, which would be black with the silver decal package.

How much do 1986 IROCs weigh? If I'm not mistaken, the Camaro received TPI in 1985, so I should be good to go with fuel injection. Also, was it 1986 or 1987 that the L98 made its appearance under the hood of the IROC?
