Warped Rotors

When a rotor warps, the rest won't be far behind, so get new ones all around. IMO resurfacing is a waste of time and money, as the warping will return shortly. If warping is due to hard spots, machining just levels them off, and will return as soon as the softer material around them wears down.

Not many people even resurface rotors any more. Just replace them. My only suggestions aside from what Pete said is to replace the fronts, as they provide the majority of the stopping power and take most of the abuse. If you can afford all 4, go for it. If on a budget, replace the fronts. I know it should go without saying, but always put new pads on new rotors.....

I cant remember the last time I found a place that actually turns drums/rotors. A few will still do industrial stuff, but most rotors nowadays are so thin they cant even be turned once......there are a few Autozone/pep boys/napa that do it, but nobody there knows how to run the gear and it just sits. Honestly, the last set of rotors I saw turned was in 98....
