impossible to diagnose with just a description, but I'm doubting a timing chain...if they are that loose you will have issues related to poor timing.

Is it winding sound or a clanking? I have an almost ticking sound, but its just my lifters. if its a winding sound could be somthing else. I had a winding sound and it turned out i needed a new water pump.

its more of a clanking sound, its not lagging in acceleration anymore since i finally got the chance to change the spark plugs.
