im going to buy a stereo for my 1983 z-28 but it doesnt fit. it fits in length but the height is way to small. if you have seen a 3rd generations stereo holder thing you would know what i mean. but i heard you can buy some kind of kit or something that makes it fit. and i cant and dont wanna get the stock stereo.

 

go to circuitcity/bestbuy, any electronics store and they will have the adapter plates
