I have a 90 rs and I am replacing the steering colum with one from a 88. I was told it would work. The colum from the 88 don't have all the connections like the original colum did. On the right side of it there is a 10 prong connector and a 9 prong connector the colum I am putting in from the 88 don't have the 9 prong connector. Will this be a problem or can I just by past it. The colum I am putting in doesn't have the chip in the key. Does anyone know how to bypass that?
