I don't see why they wouldn't swap out. The 3rd gen camaros and firebirds are the same cars with different body panels and badging. With the exeption of the front of the cars I think everthing is completly interchangable.
Nose, headlights, fenders, and hoods or the only parts I can think of that are different. Could be more though.

Yep it'll bolt right up. I swapped an 85 f-bird tilt steering into my 88 Camaro no problems. I did use my original camaro steering wheel because I didn't like the way the fbird design was.

yeah i jsut want a replacement for now because i bought the car(88 iroc) and went in the next day to pick it up and forgot the keys home, had to move it so i had to beat hte igntion out and ended up beating the colum up, it was either htat or a 2 hour ride towing a trailer with a truck that burns alot of gas so... lol

Had tools to beat the column but nothing to remove the lock cylinder to save the coulmn
