Hey my fellow Camaro ppls, i've got another question to throw your way. We bought a tape player adapter for the stereo to play music via my iPhone, it works great, but their is one problemo. I'll be playin music and enjoyin the ride, but out of nowhere, that stupid static ruins everything, you know the static that comes through comp speakers when your getting a txt or call? its just that. We have an adapter in our Contour's tape player as well, and it doesn't do that. neither does the 4Runner, though it has an AUX port. I've tried just about everything. Airplane mode, moving it away from the stereo, etc... but it still does it. keep in mind that the speakers are not original, im not sure whats up front, but alpine ovals are in the back, with a 440W amplifier (that has a short in it, ugh , soon to be replaced w/ a 1200W ] and a bazooka tube, or whatever you call them. also a OER head unit. Any suggestions??? Thanks!
