Hey all,

I am having some problems installing a transmission. The problem I keep encountering is that I recently purchased a 89 TBI 350. and I am having some issues getting the transmission to bolt up to it. The bell housing when i finally get it to bolt up the troque converter wont spin freely to put the flywheel bolts in and yes the ttroque con. is in all the way. I also have to use some bolts to line it up and pull it together slowly since it wont slide together like the stock. I am trying to use the stock transmission, since i recently had a stock enigne i will be using that same tranny. which i think is a 700-r4 trans. The mechanics I talked to told me it should fit fine together but it doesnt and I have tried multiple times. Anyone have any ideas it would be appreciated.
